Deep down inside all of us have noticed the world has gone crazy. We see that everything is upside down with lots of war, lots of civil unrest, people in poverty, and injustice all over the world. But you can have great peace within if you keep your spiritual practice and daily routine going… I Promise.

- Carve out time every single day to pray and talk to God. This is vital otherwise it’s almost impossible to find inner peace. Prayer is powerful… great things can take place with prayer.

- Take time to contemplate your life in the here-and-now. If you dwell in this moment now and don’t go to the future or the past… all is well. You have food, you have a home, you are safe… so be-here-now.

- Meditate daily… meditation allows you to find inner peace even in the midst of chaos.

- Get out in nature… this is something that most people don’t do. Nature has a way of soothing away anxiety and stress.

- Talk to a friend about your fears. When we share our feelings about the future and what the holds most of the time we feel better about life in general.

- Be willing to seek advice from a medical professional. Sometimes we just need to change our diet, take a supplement, change our breathing, and many other things in order to feel better.

- Take a yoga class. You will be amazed how much better you will feel when you take a yoga class and stretch those tense muscles that hold lots of tension.

- Breathe deep… most people are holding their breath but if you breathe deep tension starts to disappear.

- Go sit by the ocean… and soak up some negative ions and start to relax. It’s amazing what breathing in some salty negative ions can do to help you relax.

- Take a martial arts class and learn to discipline your body and mind. When we learn to control our thinking we start to feel better right away.

- Get out and exercise for at least 1 hour daily. Go walk, swim, ride a bike, workout with weights, play basketball, go golfing, play tennis, whatever exercise you enjoy… you will feel better.

- Only watch TV and other electronic devices for 1 to 2 hours daily. More than that creates anxiety.

- Join a prayer network and pray for other people and thus focus on doing good in the world.

- Go help in a soup kitchen or a second-hand store that takes in donated items to sell to make money for the homeless.

- Sit and talk with your spouse about your fear and you will both find ways to feel better about life.

- Concentrate on a hobby you love… when we get involved in something we love… time passes by very fast and our mood changes for the better.

- Get out with friends and laugh out loud. It’s important to laugh as much as possible… laughing improves our mood.

Many Blessings to Everyone
