Our phrase was, "after Michael Jordan, " so we knew that if Clyde was your favorite, that meant your second favorite because MJ is everyone's favorite. I bring this up because the three business tips are assuming you have a terrific product or service. Service or your product has to be excellent, to begin with, or you must have an exceptional angle to present it. Once you've got that now you can use these three crucial small business tips to amplify your companies success. Service You must provide customer support. That you will outdo competitors based on the fact that you're only nicer than them if you make it a point to be exceptional in your customer services. I do it all the time, and when my money was low, my friends use to laugh at me; while in there, I'd go to a grocery store that was more costly because they treated me better. I could easily get 50 dollars worth of groceries 50 bucks at another store; rather I get 40 dollars worth for 50 bucks and go. I spent the extra 10 dollars just to treat me better odyssey. I call it being about people who have energy, although some people call it crazy. The point is, if you just treat your clients with exceptional 17, you too can win. Treat clients like they are extremely special; although this does not mean putting up with grouchy customers. Application/Execution Execution and terrific program is crucial business tip number two. A lot of times we get lazily unfocused, and this is where things begin to separate the businesses that are terrific from the businesses that are average. You must have a good application you must have the ability to execute with consistency and preciseness. If you cannot, you should hire or partner. There are great basketball players in the NBA and around the world; those we hear about and know are the ones who execute when it matters the most and can apply their skill the very best. And that isn't a hit at Lebron James... Leverage The tip you will need to understand genuinely is leverage; you will take off to another level once you understand that you can not do this yourself. Michael Jordan is going into the basketball list because for so long he believed he could do it himself. He posted unheard but it wasn't until you let his cohorts take a lot of the load off of him which he excelled at his winning craft. You must allow yourself to do the same; you must leverage yourself. If it is going to take you ten days to construct a solid site, hire someone who can do it in one day. If it is going to take to receive your neighborhood marketing going, hire neighborhood marketing helpers to so that you remain productive. You will need to concentrate on leverage your companies success and doing what you do best and most efficient with your time.
