I see a lot of women who train consistently at the gym. They go there a few times a week and they do long workouts. However, some of them hardly have anything to show for it. They're not getting the kind of results you would expect them to have for the time they're putting in. If you're wondering why, know that it's not because these women are lazy or have no desire. Some of them feel like they're working very hard to lose body fat and tone their body. Their frustration is real and founded. The problem is that while these women may be working hard, they're not working smart. This is because many fitness magazines and shows give women poor advice about how to workout. This unfounded advice is what's holding a lot of women back. I want to change that in this article by providing you with 3 exercise tips that you can use during your next workout. I believe that these tips will make it much easier to get the results you want. 1. Do strength exercises Some women limit themselves to doing cardio and ab exercises. Since they don't want to build big muscles they don't bother with weight lifting. They think it's for men. This is a big mistake. Weight lifting and resistance training is one of the best ways to get lean, tone your body, and burn more body fat. This is true for men and women also. The reason is twofold: one, strength training is very calorie expensive so you burn lots of calories and body fat. Two, building more muscle is an excellent way of boosting your metabolism. This is true even if you add just a little muscle, not the sort that will make you look bulky. So, start lifting weights. Your waistline will thank you for it. 2. Lift heavy weights Those women who do lift weights often refrain from doing so with heavy ones. They fear getting bulky like men do. This is a mistake because lifting heavy weights doesn't make women bulky. For one thing, women lack the necessary hormones to make them as bulky as men are able to get. They simply don't have enough testosterone. For another, lifting heavy weights with low reps creates a dense muscle growth which is more tight than that done with medium weights and high number of reps. 3. Stop worrying about your abs If you're the sort of woman who likes to do crunches for hours, you should stop. I have nothing against ab exercises but they can't take up too much of your time. The reason is that ab exercises are not calorie expensive so you don't burn a lot of calories by doing them. You should also know that ab workouts won't burn off belly fat specifically. Your body burns fat according to your genes and not according to which body part you train. Simply focus on burning a lot of body fat and your abs will get lean as well. For more fitness tips for women, I recommend the Flavilicious Fitness plan. It's a hard plan to do but you can't get results without making an effort.

Movement is one of the most honest forms of self-connection. The body never lies. It holds stress, records emotion, and reveals when something feels off. For many, this is why exercise has always been more than fitness; it’s therapy through motion. But not all movement heals. Some styles exhaust, others distract. True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThat’s where precision-based training, such as re
