2. Master Yourself : Resist any external force that might delimit thought and action. Worry only about the things that are in your control, the things that can be influenced and changed by your actions, not about the things that are beyond your capacity to direct or alter. And Stop blaming others for your actions, be accountable for your mistakes and faults. Stop deceiving yourself, believing only what is personally useful and convenient to you. Stop Battling with yourself and subdue any negative thought that pollutes your mind. Live your life Fully and experience freedom within yourself.

3. Let go : Life is very short and in our Ignorance and ego , we spend our entire lifetime trapped in negativities and self-defeating behavioral patterns. We remain stuck in endless desires, undue attachments, needless regrets and guilt’s, colored visions about others and the past and the future. Past is the graveyard and future is inscrutable. So we need to let go of all these things and move forward in life.
