Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue. That old rhyme holds the key to a brand new party wardrobe that keeps you with the trends yet which helps you stay within a tight budget. Soon, it would be party season. Christmas, year end parties, weddings and new year parties would demand that you show up in a suitable party outfit. No one wants to show up at every single party wearing the same outfit. Yet wearing a different outfit to every party would be very expensive. Skip the something blue part of the poem if blue isn't your color. The rest of the poem tells you exactly how you can have a gorgeous new party wardrobe that lets you look amazing in a different outfit at every party you attend. Last year's basics, like a pearl choker, diamond earrings and other timeless jewels would work with this seasons clothes. A simple black sheath dress for previous year's wardrobe can be updated with new accessories and a gorgeous new jacket. Take something timeless from the past as your something old. Something borrowed? That would save you money. What can you borrow from your mom or grandma that would fit you? Vintage is in, so you can definitely get away with it, as long as it fits. Dresses? A bag? Go through the attic to see what you can find. Something new? Choose carefully. Every year, metallics show up in the Fall Winter collections specifically for the party season, so one of the new things you might want to get is a metallic dress. They may look horribly expensive but if you know where to get them, they are suprisingly affordable. These metallic dresses should fit nicely into a modest budget. Get one, two or more as your budget allows. That would definitely keep you with the trends and you would look amazing in them. With some careful planning, you probably could wear a different outfit to every party you attend this you, and look amazing too.
