Many people are caught up in weight loss advertisements around them. They waste too much of their time looking for the latest equipments or secrets to lose weight fast and easily. However, these are not the real solution to losing stubborn belly fat.
Hear what I have to say. I will teach you how to lose stubborn belly fat.
There are somethings I want to clarify with you first.
1. You do not need to spend huge amount of money on expensive equipments
2. You do not need to eat any weight loss pills
3. You do not need to take any medication
4. You definitely do not need to go for any surgery or slimming centers
Yes, you do not need any of those mentioned above. All you need is a commitment to lose your stubborn belly fat, a plan and take regular action everyday.
1) Have a goal
First, you need to start with a goal. If you do not have a goal, you have nothing to look forward to and it is very likely that you will give up half way. Set a goal to lose your stubborn belly fat or lose weight. Be specific about it.
For example: I want to lose 15 lbs and 5 % body fat in 16 weeks time.
Be specific about your goal. Write them down in a piece of paper. Goals that are not written down are only dreams.
2) Set Up Your Own Vision Board
A vision board contains pictures of what you desire to achieve. Go and find the models who have the body that you desire. Google it online or search for pictures in magazines or newspaper. Save or cut out the pictures of the models with the body that you desire and paste it on your vision board. Write your weight loss goal down in your vision board and paste the photos that you had gathered around it. Have fun while doing it.
A vision board serves as a reminder. Many people gave up half way when they are trying to lose weight. A vision board can help to remind you of your goal and help to motivate you to keep going towards your goal.

1. Physical vision board by using cut and paste method - Paste the pictures that you cut our from magazines and newspaper and paste them on a cardboard.
2. Soft copy - You can create a soft copy vision board using programs such as Powerpoint on your computer and pictures that you can find online.
3) Have A Plan
Start reading up about health and fitness. Most people are not sure about what to do to lose weight and fat. You can find valuable information in blogs and books to help you to lose the excess weight and get the body that you desire.
