If you provide your body with the organic substances that it must have and avoid the dis-ease producing substances found in many processed foods, then you stand a good chance to have optimal health even in this dis-ease producing society that we live in.

Your body must have these 3 important nutritional substances everyday to maintain your health, restore your health, regenerate your cells, and/or fight off sickness and dis-eases.

1. Water – Most people are dehydrated because they do not drink enough water. Yet water is very vital to your existence. After air, water is next! 94% of your blood is made up of water. You have twice as much lymph fluid in your body as you do blood and this “drainage system” that flushes toxins, cancer cells and blood proteins from the body depends on water. Here are just a few symptoms of dehydration:nna. Low Energy - Being dehydrated can sap your energy and make you feel tired -- even mild dehydration of as little as 1 or 2 percent of your body weight. If you're thirsty, you're already dehydrated -- and this can lead to fatigue, muscle weakness, dizziness and other symptoms.nb. Headaches - often when we have headaches it's simply a matter of not drinking enough water. There are lots of other causes of headaches of course, but dehydration is a common one.nc. Digestive problems - Our digestive systems need a good amount of water to digest food properly. Often water can help cure stomach acid problems, and water along with fiber can cure constipation (often a result of dehydration).nd. Cancer risk – Not drinking a healthy amount of water has also been found to increase the risk of colon cancer by 45%. Not drinking lots of water can also increase the risk of bladder cancer by 50% and potentially increase the risk of breast cancer.

2. Oil – Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) are a must for your body to perform properly. Essential Fatty Acids are derived from Omega 3 Linolenic Acid, Omega-6 from Linoleic Acid, and Omega-9 from Oleic Acid. Most Americans are Omega-3 deficient because of our over-processed diets, and one of the most common symptoms of Omega-3 deficiency is depression, among other mental health symptoms.

EFAs support the cardiovascular, reproductive, immune, and nervous systems. The human body needs Essential Fatty Acids to manufacture and repair cell membranes, enabling the cells to obtain optimum nutrition and expel harmful waste products. A primary function of EFAs is the production of prostaglandins, which regulate body functions such as heart rate, blood pressure, blood clotting, fertility, conception, and play a role in immune function by regulating inflammation and encouraging the body to fight infection. Flaxseed oil is the highest Omega-3 food known. One tablespoon per day provides enough to promote health.

3. Whole Food Nutrition – The standard American diet (SAD) full of processed “dead” chemicals foods is the culprit behind the dis-ease epidemic we are experiencing in America. Your body must be fed “whole food” nutrition everyday in order to have the ability to be healthy. You need vitamins, minerals, proteins and amino acids from whole food sources in order for your cells to replenish, regenerate, and repair themselves. Whole food is fruits and vegetables that have not been depleted of their life giving “organic enzymes” which are the protein catalyst that initiate chemical reactions in your cells.

Once fresh food has been cooked (above 122 degrees) processed with food enhancers and preservatives, it no longer has much nutritional value. At this point food is now an acidic and toxic substance that creates sickness and dis-eases in your body which now spends its energy trying to get rid of it.
