Work Out (Often) You don’t have to become a proverbial “gym rat”, but you need to work out often enough. You need to make sure that you are weight training, doing cardio, and living a healthy lifestyle. That means that you will need to become the alpha male amidst others. When others are sleeping, you need to hit the gym for an hour. Don’t assume that you are going to get pushed by anyone else. You need to push yourself and you need to work on your body as much as women do in regards to putting on their make up and looking nice. Your body has to look great with or without clothing on, and that means working out on a regular basis. Learn Things To Impress There are several things that the alpha male must do in order to rise above what others do, and it may be found in learning. You have to learn how to cook, how to fix cars, and how to do a lot of things others don’t want to do or know how to do. The reason why is simple, you want to impress any woman that you date.
