These tips are in fact good for both women and men, but the things you have to understand here is that they are more specific to men than to women because they are going to focus on gaining muscles and we all know that women hate to look like muscular guys. There are many advices out there on the subject of diet for men, and by diet I didn’t mean cutting on food, by diet, I mean the right way to eat. Unfortunately, these diets do not target men; they are going to focus on women or the two sexes. This is why you need to read this post if you are a man and you need to focus on these instructions to get a great health very efficiently. The first tip to getting a good health for a man is to cut on milk. What do I mean by this? I mean that milk is bad for us men and it’s terrible for our health. Let me remind you of something very true and that you can’t deny: milk is made by a female animal, right? Good, it’s good you’ve understood this point! What do you think is inside this milk apart from the proteins and the calcium? Lots of female hormones and female nutrients! These hormones are fine for the calf because his body is adapted to throw them away, but what about you the man? Does your body throw away female hormones when they reach it? I remember when I used to get terrible constipations, I would feel repulsive and I couldn’t approach my wife, let alone make love to her. Eat your fibers, they are good. The third tip for men is to do some sport. Sport doesn’t have to mean suffering and bad feelings. Here is what I do all the time, five days a week: I’d do some thirty minutes of cardio in my stationary bike and I’d do some push-ups. This will build my muscles and make me feel great.
