Dieting done in this way is a phenomenon of weight, but at the same time problems like weakness, fatigue and irritability also start coming in the person.

However, during this time, foods should be chosen with great care, which is low in calories and rich in nutrients.

Reduce Fat: - Fat plays a big role in increasing obesity. One gram of fat has 9 calories. 1 teaspoon of ghee contains 45 calories. Therefore, avoid consuming fat-enhancing substances like butter, cream, ghee, fried items, snacks, etc. in the food.
Similarly, a glass of cream milk has 70 calories less than ordinary milk. So use skim milk. The use of buttermilk in place of milk is particularly beneficial. Drinking black salt and ajwain in buttermilk regularly reduces obesity. Similarly, to reduce obesity, reduce the intake of carbohydrates.

Green Salad: - It is advisable to use more and more green vegetables and fruits in the meal. Similarly, eating bran flour and brown rice reduces obesity. Add cucumber, cucumber, radish, lemon to the carrot salad and eat it. This will also fill the stomach and there will not be any complaint of constipation.

Drink water: - Use plenty of water. But do not drink water immediately after eating. This hinders the process of digesting juices into food and the food is digested late. Do not sleep immediately after meals, but do Vajrasana or walk. Putting lemon and honey in a glass of lukewarm water every morning in the morning will reduce weight gradually within two weeks.

Drinking the juice of basil leaves and honey in a cup of water reduces obesity. Eat something only when you are hungry. Many times people eat something while watching TV or cinema. But it can also be needless. You swallow 500 calories in 100 grams of peanuts, but the stomach remains empty. So you could have a lot of food. Exercise and walking are also beneficial options to reduce obesity.
