Before you read this week’s tip, pick a place in your life that you want transformation and read the tip with that intention in mind.

1. Stop Blaming

Do you always need a villain? Having warrior energy, I use to feel like I needed to be at war with someone or something. Then it hit me one day that all that energy could be focused on more powerful things, like expanding my business, deepening relationships, or loving and even liking myself. Who are you blaming for the lack of movement in the area of your life where you want transformation? I suggest you set the intention to release your need for a villain.

2. Are you looking down when you could be looking up?

You are human. Humanity comes with a lot of wonderful tools and some challenges. One of the challenges is we are under the impression we need to do everything by ourselves. Stop doing all the heavy lifting by yourself! Ask for assistance, guidance, and support from a higher source, whether you call that power source the Universe, God, Master Planner, Nature, Divine, etc.

3. Believe that transformation is taking place everyday

Here’s where you get to tap into the knowledge of your Soul. Settle in and connect with your Axiom of Translation and if your Axiom of Translation hasn’t been identified yet, just set the intention to connect with that part of your Soul. Ask your Axiom of Translation to show you in your body how transformation feels. Now, every day ask your body to place you in that feeling. Do this for at least 30 seconds each morning and each night.
