Can you imagine having the mind power to attract an abundance of health, wealth, and relationships easily and effortlessly? Quantum physics talks about this in detail. Simply put, quantum physics teaches us that “thoughts become things”. Most folks have a hard time with this and that’s what keeps them from achieving their goals.
The top 5% of wage earners have learned how to increase their mind power and that’s why they are in the top 5% of the population. However, with these three simple steps you too could dramatically increase your mental power to grasp new concepts faster, significantly increase your memory retention, boost your creativity and your mental clarity.
- Spend the first 15 minutes of your day thinking about what you want. If you want a new job, focus on that new job you want. Imagine watching yourself on a movie screen in your new job. Get the feelings of being in that new job and imagine how your life will be different. Thoughts become things, so think about the things you want. Don’t get discouraged when it doesn’t happen over night (because it won’t). After all, Tom Brady didn’t become Super Bowl MVP over night either.
- Become a student of what you are focusing on. For example, if you want to become an entrepreneur making a 7 figure income then read books about successful people in the field you want to be successful in. Spend about 1 hour in the morning reading and 1 hour at night reading. If you have to wake up early to do this, the do so. At this pace, you’ll be reading about 1 book a week. That’s 52 books a year. If you read 52 books about a specific topic, you would practically be an expert at it.
- Turn your car CD player into an automobile university. If your commute to and from work takes 1 hour a day total, that’s 5 hours a week. An average college lecture is around one hour. One week of commuting to and from work is about the same amount of time as 5 college lectures. At roughly 48 working weeks a year that’s around 240 hours worth of college lectures. 240 hours equals 15 college credits! You could earn the equivalent of a college degree in around 4 years just by sitting in your car. So buy some CDs for your car that pertain to your goal and spend that car time learning instead of listening to that useless rubbish on the airwaves today.
The three steps I just labeled will help you increase your mind power by using quantum physics. Most if not all average people do NOT do these things and that’s why they are average people, with average jobs making average salaries. However, most if not all highly successful people DO these three things and that’s part of the reason they have abundance in their life.
I have been using these simple exercises for several months as of this writing and it truly has been a life changing experience. It requires discipline and a drive to succeed. But after a short time, it will become part of your life. So dive in today and enjoy your life fully.
