1) Think before you react!
Golden rule - take a deep breath and count to 10! Sounds like you've heard it numerous times before but that's the best formula against anger. 2) Go away!

You are actually winner. Think about that for a while.
3) Think positive!
Angry people tend to think about things that made them angry. And then they become angry. So solution to that problem could be positive thinking. Think about how you feel right now. Or what made you feel good and happy in the past...
