Are you tired not having the beach body you deserve? Are you worried that another year is going to pass you by without you having the body you know you can have? If so you've come to the right place. I know that it can be difficult to lose weight and get in shape. This is why I'd like to share 4 tips you can use today to slim down and look great.

Tip #1-

The first thing you need to do is find a friend that wants to get fit too. Everyone whether you're a guy or girl dreams of having a sexy body. It's not too hard to find someone that wants to get in shape. The reason this is so important is because this person will help you work out when you don't want too. They'll help you eat healthy when you're tempted to cheat. This is the best thing you can do to be successful.

Tip #2-

The next thing you need to do is start eating smaller, more frequent meals. You can find a metabolic calculator on the internet that will help you decide how many calories you need to lose weight. For most people you can start off by eating 5 meals per day at 400 calories each. If you find that you're still gaining weight or not losing it then you need to cut out a couple hundred calories for the next week.

Tip #3-

The next tip is to make sure you're doing the right exercise. Crunches are a good exercise to develop your abs but they become great if you use weight when you do them. When you train your other body parts you always use weight so it's important that you also use when you train your abs. I like to keep my reps in the range of 8-13 when it comes to working my abs.

Tip #4-

The last tip is to keep a workout journal. This might sound kind of lame but it's very important that you write down everything you're doing to get in shape. If you do this you'll be more likely to see success because the results you write down will be motivating to you. You need to write down all of your workouts and the exercises you did along with the food and the calories you ate. I also weigh myself just once per week and write it down too.
