The bug has caught and everyone is suddenly looking left and right for ideas and information on how to boost the power and capacity of their brain. The good news is that some of the tips just work wonders while some of them are junk. In this rat race of life, it is all that you can do remember your issues, leave alone a “boost your brain power” program that contains tens and hundreds of things to do. Why not just start it easy and simple like; No matter what you do, force yourself to remember things. This is where you must act like an intelligence gatherer where nothing, not even the mundane details, must be left to chance. Within a short time, you will be on your way to achieving a very sharp brain. Within weeks, you will never strain to remember a face or a name. Learn to memorize the important things in your life. For example, you can start by memorizing the cell phone numbers of your partner, your mother, father and even your children. Teach your mind to grasp things fast so that once you hear something, you do not forget it for a long time. To increase the sharpness of your brain, you have to keep on learning new, harder and more challenging tasks. This will force you to think on a higher gear and before you know it, you will be at top gear in your mind. The human mind is obedient. If you want it to increase in memory storage, it will do your bidding, only that you will have to teach it. Play involving games of the mind with friends as well as alone. Games that force you to think are even better and such include filling up mathematical puzzles that force you to think and figure out numbers, you can also work on crossword puzzles. Play card games, chess and any other game that forces you to think hard. Such games will sharpen your brain and the more effort you put into figuring them out, the more you will remember the games. The good thing here is that you will apply the same ingenuity in solving hard and tactical situations cropping up in your life. Make thinking a way of life where you can figure out new things every day. Do not stick with just one type of puzzlers and brain crackers. Boosting your brain power will require challenges of different calibers. Just remember that you are as good as your brain power. It is imperative that you do not compromise on that. You need not spend any money, unless you decide to go for brain power boosting supplements such as subliminal technology which offer good and fast reprogramming the subconscious mind result.
