I'd like to share with you 4-tips that will help get you started. Tip #1- The first thing you need to do is making sure you're eating the right food. It doesn't matter how much you workout, if you're not eating healthy you're not going to get the results you want. To start off you need to eat at least 5-6 meals each day. This equates to eating a 400-calorie meal (depending on how much you weigh) every 2-3 hours. How I break it down is by eating a light breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Then between each meal I eat a healthy snack like a piece of fruit or a cup of yogurt. Tip #2- The next tip is to do cardio exercise to help strip away the fat around your belly. You can have a nice set of abs but if you don't ever get rid of the fat that is covering them up you'll never be able to see them. When you first start out you don't want to go to fast. It's not good for your body and you'll probably become frustrated if you try and push yourself too hard. Start off by doing a minimal amount of cardio like 5-minutes per day on your favorite cardio machine. You can go on a walk or do other stuff if you don't have any equipment. Then slowly increase you endurance each week to where you're doing it 3-4 times per week. Tip #3- The third tip is to make sure you're keeping track of your results. It's very important that you can a notebook and right down everything you're doing to get a healthy, sexy body. You need to write down the food you eat and how many calories each meal contains. You need to write down the exercises you did and for how long you did them. By doing this it makes it a lot easier when the next week comes around again and you can see where you left off. Tip #4- The last tip is to keep going even when things get tough. At first it might seem hard to keep going if you're not seeing the results you want. These are the times when you need to push through and if you do you'll get the body you've always wanted. Once you start it will be hard to stop. You'll become addicted in a good way to exercise and healthy eating. It's important that you stay on the right track and get things going. If you follow these tips you'll have the body you've always wanted.
