The only thing that you can do to make yourself feel better, is to accept that you made a mistake, and learn from it. Learning from mistakes is a great way to help you get out of the rut you’re in. Accept that you can move on, and smile. Celebrate Your Achievements Celebrating your achievements is the perfect way to boost your self-esteem. It doesn’t matter how small your achievements are, you should celebrate them. Did you pass an exam? Attend your first job interview? Have you finally done your taxes? Whatever your achievements are, celebrate them with a smile, acknowledge them, and allow yourself to feel good. You know you deserve it. Learn to boost your self esteem, and feel better for it! Consider what you good points are, wear clothes that make you feel good, allow yourself to make mistakes, and celebrate your achievements.
