Port Blair is the landing place for Andaman & Nicobar island tour. It is the capital and from here, only you can start your sightseeing attractions. 1. Cellular Jail

The flora and fauna you can see are Wood Pigeon, Cuckoo-dove, Drongo, Treepie, starling, chital, ferals, lizards, eel, Samia Cynthia and tree nymph. This is the best place for trekking in the woods. You can see the tribal people in their natural state who are still living a tribal life.

3. Corbyn Cove Beach

This is a commercial beach to do water sports activities once in Port Blair. You can enjoy this beach with people in water sports activities like jet skiing and parasailing. Yet tourists visit this beach for mainly to do jet skiing. You can spend your entire day as you can find many eatery shops on the beachfront. This beach is backed by palm groves. You can take a sunbath and swim in the shallow waters of this famous beach in Port Blair.

4. North Bay Island

This is the best place for people interested to do many water sports adventures in one place. The marine lovers can go for snorkeling on its crystal clear and shallow seawater. The people who do not know to swim can go for sea walking. This is popular now as you can breathe inside the water and walk under the sea with the headgear supported with oxygen. Scuba diving is the best to do to see the coral life of this island. The people who do not wish to get into the seawater can see the marine life from a glass bottom boat ride.

5. Munda Pahar Beach

This is the best beach for the young couples and the honeymoon goers. You both can find some privacy in its mangroves and on the beach. You can find very fewer palm groves on this beach. Instead, there are many uprooted trees, which is from the mangroves. This is a forest reserve and you must swim and enter the forest in the permitted area only. This is because there is a threat of the wild like crocodiles. You can find the tribal people of this island, who are untouched by the modernization. This is a scenic beach to see the sunset and take postcard size photos.
