- The safest place is on the ground: You might have the idea that when someone attacks you, the ground will be your least favourable position but it is. If someone does push you to the ground, flail your around in a disoriented manner. The attacker will have difficulty in grabbing your legs.
- Know how to beat up: Stop playing the damsel in distress; you women do have strength so use it. In such precarious situations, hit the attacker over their ear. This will throw the attacker off balance, cause them pain and cause hearing loss temporarily.
