5 Quick Tips for Fabulous Hair Naturally
2. Eggs:
The most handy natural remedy for age affected skin and winter damaged hairs is the egg mask. Eggs are a rich source of protein, the basic constituent of your hair strands. Break one large egg in a bowl and add a tablespoon of water into it. Whip thoroughly to get a smooth paste. Apply this paste to your hair and scalp as well. Massage gently for a few minutes and then let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes with a shower cap on. Wash thoroughly with moderately cool water. No need to shampoo your hair, just conditioning is enough. For best results, you can also add a tablespoon of raw honey.
3. Avocado Hair Mask:
Another quick fix for your damaged hairs from the kitchen! Take one ripe avocado and mash it thoroughly. Add two tablespoons of coconut oil to the mashed avocado and mix thoroughly to get a smooth paste. Apply this mask to your hair, making sure all your hairs are covered. Now let sit for half an hour and then shampoo and condition as usual. Repeat this remedy twice a week for a couple of months and you will notice significant improvement in your hair health.
4. Banana Mask For Frizzy Hair:
Bananas are amazing when it comes to conditioning your dry, frizzy hair. It not just fights the dryness and frizz but also nourishes your tresses. Take one ripe banana and blend it thoroughly with one tablespoon of raw honey and two tablespoons of virgin olive oil. Blend until you get a smooth paste. Apply this paste on to your locks and wait for 25 to 30 minutes. Shampoo and condition as usual.
5. Coconut Oil:
If you wish to keep your hair luscious, keep them adequately hydrated and moisturized. Coconut oil is probably the best natural moisturizer for hairs. Gently massage slightly warmed coconut oil into your hair and scalp for 7 to 10 minutes. After that, ideally you should wait for an hour or two. But if you are short on time, leave it on for 30 to 40 minutes at least and then wash off with a mild shampoo. Repeat this twice or thrice a week for best results.Article author
