That is the place with the highest motivation. As a result, you perform better.

You will eventually get tired working out because of the effort you are putting in. Music can help get your mind away from it. Music has a positive effect on the mind. It helps you to deal with depression, stress, tiredness, and various other negative emotions. So, you don't feel much tired while working out. Another benefit of listening to music during a workout is that it strengthens your motor skills. Balance and coordination are chief among them.
