Living in a condominium instead of a single family house in the city of Singapore has a number of benefits and advantages. The prices of properties in the city have risen to such levels that buying a house in the city is considered by most people as expensive. Condominiums not only offer a cheaper alternative, but also help to enhance the lifestyle of residents by a great deal. Some of the most important reasons that make condominiums the ideal home choices have been discussed below.

  • Less Expensive
  • Condominiums in the city of Singapore cost much less than private houses. In fact, a person could easily get a high end supremely luxurious condominium in the price that they would be paying for a small 3-bedroom house in the city. This is primarily because when purchasing a private house, the buyer needs to pay for the house as well as the area of land on which the house stands. On the other hand, condominium buyers only have to pay for the price of the property, but not for the land on which the property stands. The price or the rent of the land area is equally distributed among and paid for by each owner of the various residential units in the condo building.

  • Less Maintenance
  • The thing about condominiums is that they are not only cheaper to purchase, but also less expensive to maintain and manage than the traditional single family houses. This is primarily due to the lesser area in regards to floor space. Hence, by living in a condominium like the Panorama Singapore instead of a private house, a person will be able to save plenty of valuable money. Moreover, regular expenses like the electricity bills, property taxes, cost of repairs for damaged areas, etc. are also lesser for condominiums than they are for private houses.

  • Better Security
  • When living in a private house, the security is as good as the house owner makes it. House owners need to install their own security features in order to prevent unwanted access to the property. Condominiums, on the other hand, have security personnel patrolling the property at all time to prevent such unwanted entries. Moreover, the presence of security personnel at the main entrance ensures that only authorized people gain entry into the property. This only helps to enhance the security of the property and the residents.

  • Added Benefits and Amenities
  • When living in condominiums like the NorthPark Residence, residents have access to luxury amenities like gyms, barbeque areas, swimming pools, etc. These facilities cannot be easily found with the average houses in the city, and even if they do, they come at very expensive prices.

  • More Flexibility
  • With condominiums being priced at such inexpensive costs, it is easier to find buyers when selling one than it is to find buyers for private houses. Hence, if a person finds the need to opt for a bigger property and wishes to sell the existing condo unit, it would not be very difficult to find the right buyers for the property.
