A good morning routine not only helps you get the day started really well, it can also help you if you want to grow taller naturally. The morning routine I am going to share with you here consists of five steps. Each step is quite simple on its own. However, where people fail is to actually do these steps every morning. That’s why this is called a routine: you need to make this your morning habit. This routine is going to take you between 30 and 40 minutes, depending on how fast you are in the morning. The easiest way to implement this routine into your daily life is to take it one step at a time. This way, you can ensure that you won’t feel overwhelmed with this new five steps morning routine. Step 1: When you wake up, stretch your arms and legs. The nice thing here is that you can do this as you are still lying in your bed, waking up. As you lie on your back, carefully stretch your arms first by extending them over your head and to the sides. After that, stretch your legs as if someone was pulling them downward. As you’ll see, this can become a very nice way to wake up and should take you approximately 2 minutes. Step 2: After those stretches, you can still lie in bed and complete the second step of this routine: breathing deeply. Just make sure you don’t fall asleep again! Take several deep breaths, whereas you inhale through your nose, hold your breath in a very relaxed way and then exhale through your mouth. Make sure you breathe with your stomach because this is the way to fill your lungs with as much oxygen as possible. Do this for about three minutes, which should be enough time to take around 20 deep breaths. Step 3: Step outside and take in some sunshine. Sunlight is a great source of Vitamin D, which is an important nutrient for your body. The good thing here is that you can combine this with Step 4. Step 4: Now you should be ready to do some exercise. Whereas there are many different exercises that can make you taller, I’ll take walking or jogging as an example here. If you go walking or jogging outside, you can easily combine Step 3 and Step 4 of this morning routine. However, you can also walk on a treadmill, of course. If you have a home trainer, you can also consider doing cycling instead. Either way, your morning exercises should take between 15 and 20 minutes. Step 5: After your exercises you should take a couple of minutes and massage yourself. Massage of the right reflex points can stimulate your glands to release more growth hormones into your system. Not only is it – at this point – the best time to do a massage, it also relaxes your body. Carefully massage the pads of your thumbs, your neck area and other body parts. At this point, I need to emphasize once more how important it is that you slowly implement this morning routine one step at a time. If you’ve been doing Step 1 and Step 2 for a couple of weeks, adding Step 3 is going to be easy. However, doing all five steps when you’ve done nothing at all so far is a sure way to feeling overwhelmed and eventually frustrated. Your body needs time to grow taller naturally. Give yourself time to adapt to your new lifestyle, too.
