If you want to lose body fat and get lean and you want to do it fast, I believe that the following 5 tips which I'm about to share with you will help you achieve your goals. 1. Go to bed early – You may be wondering why that is. The reason is that research shows that lack of sleep is connected to weight gain and increased appetite. Basically, if you want to provide your body with the right environment for weight loss, you need to sleep for 7 hours at least each night. Don't kid yourself that you can somehow do with less. Only very few people can. 2. Rise up for an early workout – I find that since I started doing a short morning workout I am more energetic, vibrant, I enjoy my breakfast more, and I am less likely to eat “un-dietary food” through the rest of the day. A morning workout gets you into the right frame of mind for the entire day. It has many benefits beyond burning a few extra calories. It really clears your mind and helps you be more productive and positive. 3. Train with a friend – Not any friend will do. You need to be choose someone who is as serious as you about being fit and changing your body. Your friend should be able to motivate you without being to competitive about your abilities in relation to his (or her) and you two need to make a commitment to each other to train together often. Working out with a friend doesn't mean that your workouts will get easier. On the contrary, your friend is supposed to motivate you to train harder and stronger. rn4. Try to beat yourself – You shouldn't be in competition with anyone but yourself. I'm serious. Competing with someone else is silly because you're not an athlete and your only goal should be the best that you can be. Competing with yourself can be helpful as you will be able to push yourself to greater exertion. This may mean running an extra mile or lifting a slightly heavier weight than you normally do. You don't need to get crazy. Just try to always improve. 5. Feed your body right after your workouts – Once your workout is complete, the time has come to feed your muscles. This isn't the time to eat junk. You need quality food and the right nutrients. Focus on vegetables and lean protein sources such as chicken, turkey, and eggs. This will help your body recover from your workout. For an excellent fitness plan visit Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. This is a program that will give you specific exercises to do for rapid fat burning.
