Flexibility exercises improve the ability of joints to improve and maintain the necessary movement for physical activity and daily routine tasks. Below are some tips help you achieve optimum strength and flexibility all at your home workout. 1. Indulge in swimming, walking and running. The power used to swim originates from the body core. The continuous movement of the legs and arms builds muscular strength, endurance, stamina and cardiovascular fitness. Running for a reasonable distance will help to build strength power and stamina.
