Apples – We’ve all heard that an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Apples contain phytochemicals, polyphenols and flavonoids. These are some weird words, but they’re some of the most powerful natural occurring chemicals that have been proven to show antioxidant activity that clears out, slows down and even stops free radicals within the human body.
