Welcome, to Global Financial Tips. 1) Internet entrepreneurship is sharply growing in demand and yet, is still a young and fresh market. According to Internet World Stats by Miniwatts Marketing Group, global internet usage has risen by over 440 percent over the last ten years. In other words, compared to ten years ago, over 40 out of 10 more people are using the internet around the globe. Although global internet usage has quadrupled over the last ten years, less than 3 out of 10 people are using the internet around the globe. In other words, 7 out of 10 people have yet to use the internet regularly, which means the reach of your internet entrepreneurship has room to triple. 2) Many people are thinking of developing their internet entrepreneurship – as an infopreneur, service provider, offline business with and an online reflection, or online business with a special service such as Alipay or Billshrink. 3) The purpose of this list is to provide 6 easy reasons to help you choose internet entrepreneurship as a medium for success in your life – for finance and fulfillment. 4) I have a website for the global financial crisis named TheGlobalFCzone.com and The Global FC Zone is serving three purposes – educate, prepare, profit. The Global FC Zone is powered by a service from SiteSell, Inc., so you will see SiteSell's services mentioned throughout the 6 tips. Further, in the spirit of The Global FC Zone, these 6 tips are organized according to the three purposes – educate, prepare, profit – with two tips per purpose. 5) 6 Easy Tips to Help You Choose Internet Entrepreneurship: 1 – Educate - 1. Abundant resources. There are abundant resources for learning internet entrepreneurship. If you are developing an infopreneur business or another type of business as a webmaster, there are useful forums for discussing internet entrepreneurship with other internet entrepreneurs – with a variety of skill-levels – from the novice to the veteran. Some of the forums you can use are Sitepoint, the Warrior Forum, Webmaster World, and the forum for SiteSell users. If you are developing a blog, there is an abundance of successful bloggers whose chosen purpose is to teach others their successful blogging methods. Some of the blogs you can use are Entrepreneurs Journey, Income Diary, Blogtrepreneur, Retire at 21, Yoast, and Pro Blogger, as well as a websites or programs such as Internet Lifestyle, Wilson Web, Erica (dot) biz, and Internet Riches Made Easy. If you are developing an internet business, there are resources such as the Internet Marketing Center, which focuses on building a strong internet company and TWiST (This Week In Startups), a web show that focuses on start-up internet companies. If you are seeking to improve your internet presence and bring more traffic to your service, you can use search engine optimization resources such as Search Engine Land, SEO Book, and Melbourne SEO Services. Once again, there are abundant resources for learning internet entrepreneurship. 2. Easy setup. Internet business is easy to setup. By comparison to the offline business, internet business is easy to setup because (1) the real estate is non-physical and quick to establish, (2) the inventory is digital or easy to handle with drop shipping, and (3) maintenance and clean-up requires little time, money, and physical effort. Internet entrepreneurship is easy for people with limited physical energies or interest in traditional employment, such as the retiree. Internet entrepreneurship is easy for people with multiple obligations, such as the work at home mom (WAHM or Mompreneur). In fact, there is a special term for blogs by moms – the mommy blog. Heather Armstrong's mommy blog, Dooce, has been listed as earning over $50k per month. Setting up a website is easy. You do not need a web designer, though you can combine your efforts with the web designer to lessen costs. You can set up a blogger blog in under an hour. You can buy a domain in minutes. You can install Wordpress into your site in minutes. You can buy and install a theme for your Wordpress site in minutes. You can use a software such as Squarespace and build your website in a day. You can use the services of SiteSell and build a fully-stocked, traffic optimized website in two weeks. You can also use the services of SiteSell as an all-in-one package for learning and implementing internet entrepreneurship. You can even purchase websites through internet business marketplaces such as Flippa. Once again, internet business is easy to setup. 2 – Prepare - 3. Non-physical. Internet business is non-physical, which can be useful during geographical crisis. Geographical disturbances occur often and it seems that particularly in recent years, major geographical crises have been occurring more often. If your brick and mortar business is caught in a geographical crisis, your business could be severely damaged or destroyed. If your business is on the internet, your business is more impervious to physical disturbance because it is non-physical. Although, your internet business could be damaged if your hosting service or data service is damaged. For example if the main hub responsible for hosting my site is damaged, I could temporarily lose my website. Once again, internet business is non-physical, which can be useful during geographical crisis. 4. Portable. Internet business is portable. If there is geopolitical crisis and you need to travel to another part of the world, as long as you are connected to the internet, you are connected to your business. Even if you are not connected to the internet, your business is still connected to you and perhaps most importantly, still connected to your clients. For example, during an interview, an authoritative internet entrepreneur named Yanik Silver said that he had not touched his website Million Dollar Sales Letters for years and was still serving hundreds of thousands of clients. Once again, internet business is portable. 3 – Profit - 5. High margins. Internet entrepreneurship has high margins. The cost of internet entrepreneurship is low and the payout is often high, thus the profit margins of internet entrepreneurship are high. A blog can be free and yet bring in income from advertising or affiliate sales, thus bringing full profit – no costs. A website can cost approximately $25 per month and serve as a platform for thousand dollar advertising revenues and ten-page information products that cost only time to create and sell for $47 or $97. The cost of running an internet company is also low by comparison to brick and mortar companies. Few employees are required. Office space may not even be necessary. Stocking inventory can be free. Promotion can also be free – for example, consider the cost of direct mail or sign advertising compared to the cost of email or banner advertising. Once again, internet entrepreneurship has high margins. 6. Passive Income. Internet entrepreneurship can bring passive income. As previously mentioned using an example from Yanik Silver, you can be focusing everywhere other than on your business and still be serving clients. Further, your internet business is open twenty-four hours a day, seven-days a week – around the globe. You can earn passive income from various sources. Your visitors clicking on certain links or images. Your clients purchasing your products and services. Your clients purchasing access to your site. Advertisers purchasing real estate on your site. Selling other people's products as an affiliate. Affiliates selling your products, and splitting the commission. You can also earn passive income from allocating a percentage of the transactions on your site for yourself or from clients paying to make transactions on your site, as is the case with companies such as Ebay, Savings, Paypal, Alibaba, Challengepost, Red Beacon, or JIBE. For one example of the power of internet entrepreneurship and passive income, we can look to Luke Arthur, the founder of a young, yet growing website named Forex-Trading-Rookie. Luke's site is a platform for advertising and affiliate income, that comes to him passively. Luke is also a freelance writer for webmasters - which brings internet income - and is a forex trader. Luke occasionally uses automatic forex trading software, which brings him passive income and does so through the internet. During an interview with The Global FC Zone, Luke affirmed that if you are in a situation where you are trading time for money and not earning passive income, you are probably not going to earn enough money to live comfortably. Luke also affirms that since he began internet entrepreneurship as a freelance writer for webmasters and developer of Forex-Trading-Rookie, he is on pace to double his previous income as an employee. As popular entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuck discussed during an interview with Jason Calacanis on the twenty-forth webisode of This Week In Startups, there are going to be so many people earning 60 and $80k a year writing about their passions online, and stories such as Luke's are not uncommon now and are becoming more common. Once again, internet entrepreneurship can bring passive income. 4 – Conclusion - 6) We have looked into 6 easy tips to help you choose internet entrepreneurship as a medium for success in your life – for finance and fulfillment. 7) In a word, the main reasons for choosing internet entrepreneurship is ease of use, ease of access, and easy profits. On behalf of The Global FC Zone, Crisis to Profit. Roth
