Cellulite is a skin condition that usually affects women not as a medical condition but a natural state caused mainly by increase in body weight. 7. Practice Pilates
Women who have practiced Pilates have experienced noticeable improvements in cellulite disappearance over a short period of time. Pilates boosts skin appearance due to elongating muscles.
