It is not just only coats of makeup that can make you beautiful. There are other ways too, by which you can get a beautiful healthy and glowing skin naturally and that will not get washed away after you remove your makeup coats.
SOME HEALTHY HABITS FOR GLOWING SKIN -
1. Whole raw turmeric - start your day by having cleaned and well peeled raw turmeric. These are considered best for skin. You can add any sugary product for the easy intake. This help in gaining a glowing skin.
2. Lemon juice with honey - squeeze whole lemon into a glass of warm water, mix 2 tablespoon of honey and have it in empty stomach. This help in reduction of the excess weight and also lend a hand in maintaining a healthy skin.
3. Oily foods - you must avoid intake of any oily and junk foods. Digesting oil is not always possible; this in turn causes formation of zits and other skin problems. So, consumption of oily and spicy foods must be stopped at once. It is best if you can restrict your diet with just boiled veggies, natural fruit juices, carbohydrate and protein. Consumption of 8-10 glasses of water is also a must for maintaining a good health and skin too.
4. Washing face - HYDROTHERAPY – you must wash your face as frequently as possible. Use of cleansers is not always a MUST, but general water also moistens our skin. Never rub your skin; you can pat it by using a soft towel or cotton balls.
5. Use of moisturizer – use of moisturizer is a MUST, even if your skin is oily. For oily skin, the moisturizer must be chosen properly. A proper upward massage with the moisturizer can help in restricting the formation of fine lines and wrinkles. It also helps in tightening the facial muscle.
6. Night care – there are some bedtime DO’s for the proper night care. Before going bed, wash your face properly with any exfoliating face-wash (face scrub can also be applied), pat your skin dry and use night cream that suits your skin.
7. Makeup tips – application of makeup sometimes become a MUST for the outings, when the case is such, always try to get the coat of natural mineral makeup, it will not only give a fine coat to your skin but will also protect it from heat, dust and even UV rays. Natural mineral makeups are not just for the skin, but also for eyes, lips and other body parts. This is the time for showing “what you have”, so rather than putting heavy makeup coats, you can think of natural makeup, or that we also term as NUDE LOOK. This is nothing but a thin coat of foundation, pressed powder, application of a thin line of kajal (black charcoal pencil), and just lip-gloss or lip balm (after defining the lip lines).
So, rather than going crazy over heavy makeup, focus on how you can look beautiful from the moment you wake up and maintain it throughout the day without the touch of any chemicals whatsoever.
