Avocado & Banana Smoothie This is one of the most common combinations of smoothies made with avocado. The health benefits of avocados, bananas, and honey are already well-known. This smoothie will give you the energy you need to start your day and is extremely easy to make. It is delicious while keeping its nutritional values. It can be adjusted to fit your needs and preferences. For example, you can use almond milk instead of the orange juice and you will also have a rich protein content. Ingredients: 1 avocado, 1 banana, ¼ cup honey, 2 ½ cups ice, 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 ½ fresh orange juice from 3 oranges. 2. Avocado & Strawberry smoothie Only use low-fat yogurt and milk to help with your weight loss efforts. Strawberries are known to boost your immune system due to their Vitamin C content and help treat arthritis and gout due to their rich content of antioxidants and detoxifiers. Avocado will improve your heart’s health by balancing blood lipids due to their fatty acid composition and help provide a healthy skin, eyes, and hair. Ingredients: 150g halved strawberries, ½ peeled and cut avocado, 4 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt, lemon or lime juice, honey, and 200ml milk. 3. Grapefruit Almond Smoothie This smoothie is low in calories but rich in vitamins A and C. It is made with great ingredients that are full of antioxidants and boost health by lowering cholesterol and managing blood pressure. Vanilla and Avocado Smoothie This recipe will boost your energy helping you get ready for the day. It is rich in potassium and thus helps your muscular function.
