  • Create a clearly defined purpose, intention, and intended outcome. Standing in the future visualize what have you created and accomplished – then work back to now to put a plan into action.
  • Move from survive to thrive. It’s a mental shift. Focus your energy on what is possible vs. what could go wrong.
  • Give of what you have to make a difference and what you have will expand.
  • What do you have? Take inventory, what are your core assets – value, acknowledge and use them.
  • Be strategic and work smart. Take actions that leverage your time and energy for expanded results.
  • Create community – build by bringing people together in a common purpose to achieve something where results can be measured – something that will be aligned with your purpose and make a real difference. What does your community want? Ask.
  • Move and inspire your community to be in action. How? By being a leader and by being a demonstration of creativity, inspiration, action and producing results.
