Meditate or Practice Yoga for Stress Relief: Going to the gym is a good exercise for your physical health similarly meditation and yoga is a good exercise for your mental health as it helps in relaxing your mind and take away all the stress off your mind. 8. Learn to Say No: If you are doing too many things at a time, your stress levels are prone to increase hence if you feel there are certain jobs you do not want to do, just say 'no'. It may be difficult to say this to someone initially as you do not want to disappoint them but taking too much on your plate is only making you less productive and more stressed. Nurturing your mind is as important as nurturing your body because it will help you deal with whatever comes along your way in life.
