8. Ways To Expand Consciousness

In precious articles, I’ve talked about what consciousness is, that everything is made up of a vibrating energy and that there are many influences designed to keep our vibration low and ensure that we remain in the third density or the third dimension of consciousness until we have experienced everything and learned all the lessons that 3D has to offer.
In the last article, I pointed out that things are shifting and that some of us are nearing graduation from 3D and will soon be undertaking a huge jump in consciousness as we enter into the fourth dimension of consciousness and enlightenment.
In the fourth, fifth and sixth podcasts I talked about some of the things that are holding us back from this graduation. In this one, I will explain some of the ways that we can accelerate this process and move forward more quickly. Here are a few of them:
Hypnosis: When it comes to clearing some of the blockages that reside deeply in our unconscious minds, hypnosis can employ three different techniques: Age regression, Past Life Regression and affirming suggestions. With the first two, the idea is to go back in time to discover any traumatic or troubling events that are still resonating today. Through various therapeutic techniques, these events are cleared and the client’s rate of vibration is instantly increased. The same can be accomplished with positive affirmations which are embraced much more readily when a person is in hypnosis.
Meditation: There is a good deal of science to support the contention that meditation is good for the mind and for the body. What science hasn’t yet understood or has been unable to validate is that it is also one of the very best consciousness expanders. To understand what meditation is, why you might want to do it and how to do it, you can listen to and download a free recording that sits on my website. Just go to www.peterhdennis.com and click on the meditation tab. As well, there is a January 15, 2017 recording on my website’s podcast page where I’m interviewed on the subject and cover off many of the frequently asked questions about meditation.
Activations: I really can’t tell you how this works but I have seen individuals lead guided meditations, and when everyone is in a deeply mellow state, call upon higher entities to come and clear some of the blockages. These entities can be Ascended Masters (e.g. St. Germain), Angels or channeled individuals (e.g. Bashar). I can’t say exactly what is going on, but people do report a lightening up, a feeling of relief or a new sense of peace. As well, I have seen individuals do this either with their touch (e.g. Srinivas Arka) or by intention (e.g. Ricardo Martinez).
Food: Food’s energy comes from the sun and its nutrients come from the soil. Eating living food gives us more energy and carries a higher vibration than eating dead animals or manufactured commodities.
Water: By weight, more than half the human body is water. It’s higher in infants and generally lower as we age. With water being such a large component of our bodies, its quality has a major impact on our state of health, and of course, our state of health has a major influence on our vibration. Dr. Masaru Emoto and Stephen Pollitt have both done some fascinating research on water and have shown how intention can change water quality.
As time is running out here, quickly, here are some other vibration raisers: Aromatherapy, floral essences, acceptance, positive thoughts, unconditional love, gratitude, forgiveness, helping others, being in the presence of high-vibrational people, getting rid of attachments, laughter, music..really anything that makes us feel good.
Of course, my book on Spirituality elaborates on all of this considerably and you can see it, along with its many reviews, on my website at: http://www.peterhdennis.com/Book_-_Spirituality:_Understanding_It_and_Pursuing_It.php .
