As an entrepreneur, I understand that success doesn’t typically just fall into your lap. Instead, success takes hard work, creativity, and plenty of risk-taking. It also takes a certain type of work ethic that goes beyond the standard nine-to-five desk job. In fact, I discovered that many successful entrepreneurs start their day out by completing several important tasks before they even get to work. 1. Wake Up Early The majority of successful entrepreneurs wake up well before the rest of the world. For example, Apple, Inc. CEO, Tim Cook, is up and ready to go by 4:30 every morning. 2. Plan the Day Having a plan for your day is an absolute must. It is important that you know exactly what is on your schedule for the day and what needs to be done. This will help you plan your day better. 3. Exercise Physical health and mental health go hand in hand. You will have trouble keeping up with the stresses of the day, if you are not physically fit. Unfortunately, workdays tend to become chaotic very quickly and if you don't schedule exercise early on, you are like to run out of time and cross it off your list. 4. Personal Time I can;t say it enough, personal time is crucial for your path to success. Stanley Meytin, founder of True Film Production, starts his day with 15 minutes of meditation, which he says help to unlocks his creativity. Whether you choose to read, meditate, or listen to a lecture, spend some time alone daily. 5. Complete Toughest Task First Don;t wait until the very last minute to complete your hardest tasks of the day because this could be hindering your success. It is best to tackle your toughest tasks first thing in the morning. Not only are you less distracted in the morning, but you will also have a higher will power and be better able to make sound decisions. 6. Check and Reply to Emails The rest of the world may not be up yet, but that doesn;t mean you can;t get a head start. Checking your emails and sending out replies early in the morning will take one thing off your to-do list. It will also limit the amount of time you spend on this every day. 7. Set Goals Don’t just set goals, set high goals that may not seem achievable to others. Spend some time each morning reviewing these goals and strategizing. This will keep you focused on the bigger picture versus the endless everyday tasks. 8. Spend Time with Family Creating the perfect work-life balance can be difficult, but if you make a priority to spend some time in the morning with your family, it can help you stay connected. Put your work away during this time and just focus on your family. It will make your day go better. 9. Read the News No matter what industry you work in, it is vital that you stay up –to-day on the latest news. To be successful, you always have to be one step ahead of everyone else. Don't leave the home until you have caught up on the main news of the day. If you think that you don;t have time for all of this before you leave the home, think again. I used to think that too, until I tried it and realized the effect it had on my workday. If you want to have the same success rate of experts like Tim Cook and Stanley Meytin, then switch up your morning routine to include these vital habits. Movement is one of the most honest forms of self-connection. The body never lies. It holds stress, records emotion, and reveals when something feels off. For many, this is why exercise has always been more than fitness; it’s therapy through motion. But not all movement heals. Some styles exhaust, others distract. True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThat’s where precision-based training, such as re
