I have just got back from teaching a few groups annintroduction to the RH Martial Fitness system and it went downnreally well. By the end of the sessions everybody had workednhard and pushed themselves but most of all enjoyednwhat they had learnt.

Some people didn't even think that they could feel the burnnin the places which they were feeling. But that's good becausenthey are learning something new.

I always teach my system with a passion and make sure thatnall my students are improving all the time.

We had some guys/girls that were new to exercising and some whonhad a good standard all overall. This is what i love because it's angood mixture of abilities and everybody has different goals.

So how do you know if you are improving?

Let's start by saying that if you are out of your comfort zone, nmeaning things which you are finding quite difficult to understandnand most of all perform, well this is good!

Let me tell you that you can only improve when you are pushingnyourself to the limits and beyond. Reason being that you need tonkeep growing as a person and gain as much knowledge asnpossible then go and create with this source which you have learntnand invested in.

Every time you exercise even for 10 minutes a day, you areninvesting in yourself and improving.

The first thing you need to do is not get put off by finding things tondifficult, because let me tell you we all find lots of thingsnhard especially new things we learn as we are not use to them.

Just remember to keep an open mind and visualise yourselfnbecoming great at what ever you wish to do and take yourself rightnout of the comfort zone until you master it and then you will benon your way to the top of the tree!

You can apply this method to your everyday life.

Till next time

For many, this is why exercise has always been more than fitness; it’s therapy through motion. But not all movement heals. Some styles exhaust, others distract. True healing often begins in the slow, intentional kind, the kind that lets the body lead and the mind follow.rnThat’s where precision-based training, such as re
