Welcome, I am Mary Magdalene, I come to offer you my grounded truths, grounded wisdoms, & grounded thoughts.
In times such as these, where so much is unsettled, it is good to return to the simple things of life and ensure you are care-taking of yourself to the most excellent degree.
You may wish to expose yourself to the media & the thought-forms of fear, in limited quantities, so that you are not overly irradiated with distress, but also stay tuned to the realities of the situation.
There is much that can be done by turning once again to the basics of life, much to absorb yourself with.
Take a few moments now to think of how much attention you are paying to these basics in your life.
For example, are you going to bed early enough to gain the right amount of sleep that you need?
Have you made the time in your weekly schedule to properly exercise your physical body?
How much sunlight have you received, and what kind of lunch did you have today, did you take time & care to prepare your food?
Think now, of how much more time you can take to make these simple tasks even more pleasurable for yourself.
For many of you, this may seem like a backward task, as on the earth plane, it is usual to be thinking of how all these things may take less time!
And this is often so amongst the more spiritual quarters, as if time taken up looking after the physical body is something to be endured rather then enjoyed!
But this is a good time of year to be thinking of these things, as the mind and body are awakening fully again after the winter months, the senses are returning to their full potential and activity is rife!
What will your activity be, will it be mindless panic brought on by the world around you?
Or could it be an opportunity in your life to slow things down a little, to consciously return to a slower pace, make the activities in your life something to be enjoyed, rather than rushing through them so you can enjoy yourself after?!
This slowing down, allowing yourself to be absorbed in what you are doing, seeing how relaxed and calm you can be in each moment, and noticing when once again, you are whipping yourself along in the rush of the day, and then just simply slowing down once again – this slowing down, is a wonderful anti-dote to the fearful thought-forms which are being generated right now.
They allow you to see things in a grounded way.
When you rush through the day, your feet hardly touch the ground, and this is true because in this way, you have become ungrounded.
You are not connected to the fullness inside yourself and the sensations of your body living here on the earth, but are disconnected from what is grounded and true and sensible!
So keep in mind these simple things if you can, remembering not what less time can you spend looking after yourself and those around you, but what more time can you take to make these things even more special, in the most simple of ways, and allow your mind in calm creativity to take luxurious moments enjoying the freshness of the outside air.
These things I would suggest in these days of uncertainty and drama, allowing yourself to be as comfortable as you can, until the seas have calmed once again and you feel more sure of the route you are taking.
These are my truths, the truths of women and mothers who know that a good meal and a good nights sleep can do wonders for the spirit of the soul, and even more so when the calmness becomes a way of life, instead of an interlude between panics!
These are wonderful things to learn and to practise at times like these, and offer you a great opportunity in your development.
Stay in the centre of your being, and ask yourself ‘in this current moment is there anything for me to fear?’
Stay attached to the reality of the situation, rather than the projections of catastrophe and strife.
Take note of what is said and suggested and then return yourself to the simplicity of caretaking yourself.
Make everything you do, every action you perform something which is helpful & nurturing to you, and when you have to do those things which don’t seem so, do them in the way which is the most helpful and nurturing to you.
Keep yourself positive and healthy in mind and heart, knowing that you are kept within the love of the Divine Mother at all times and see yourself & your loved ones in your minds eye as safe and well. Affirm to yourself that all is well, and that you are strong, calm and grounded.
