Hot yoga or bikram yoga is gaining popularity as an effective way for exercise, detoxification and weight loss. from your body. For this exercise program, yoga is performed as if you are in a sauna. For detoxification purposes via hot yoga, your skin is largely utilised. Your skin is one of the best waste disposal systems in nature.
