Zinc Another great antioxidant is zinc. It works to eliminate the free radicals like Vitamin E does, but it also can help to provide a good boost to the immune system of the body. This is definitely reflected by your skin. You can find zinc in mushrooms, nuts, eggs, and whole grains as well.

As you can see, foods can impact the health of your skin. So, eating a healthy diet can definitely be helpful in treating and preventing acne.
