Facing Your Soul's Dark Night

Our foundations are shaking up, are moving to upheaval, as old patterns must die. Emotions buried in our body temples are being brought to the surface for cleansing. As we observe our thoughts and feelings, clarity will be sharpened as everyone must face the divine Spirit within. n
Some will feel these old hurts, acknowledge them for their frailty, and realize they are but a passing experience for an ailing soul. Each one must face self and their relationship to God, the One Spirit, our Creator. Each one must taste and test what as happened in the past as old value systems break down. Each one must know their exact place in this world and face their darkest secret. From the "highest," most powerful people on this earth to the lowliest creature. All are being asked to search and reflect on their lives. n
Some will take this as a blessing, others will look at it as a curse. Every soul will come to pay for their past deeds. Each one of us will know our place in relationship with the Great One Spirit. n
As the darkest hour comes, some will look at it as the true reality. Others will see it for the illusion it is. Some will learn from it, others will fight and seek to destroy. In their desire for earthly power and control, they will inevitably destroy themselves, as children locked in their own power. There is truly only one power in the universe, one source of unlimited power - the divine Spirit. The great One Spirit, Allah, Jehovah, Yahweh, all names for the one and only source of all good. n
We have been given a gift of suffering. It has been a way to pay back our lost, evil deeds, unkindness, and confusion. As all the negativity surfaces, know that it is for our highest good. The dark forces are but reflections of the light from above. They have all been necessary for our higher learning. Knowing this, that our greatest weakness is also our most profound strength. n
Our lives are being shifted, our earth is shifting to a new, higher attunement with our Creator. As the earth steps up in vibration into the 4th dimension, we too, as embodiments of our Creator must be shaken up to reveal all places hidden. If we truly see beneath the surface, as we peel the layers away, we can see transformation awakening upon our planet and in each one of our lives. n
See your faults as stepping stones to your true divine self. Beneath all those layers is the infinite spark of God Goddess that is at the core of your being. This infinite One Spirit is also at the core of every living creation on this planet. How much of the One Spirit will you allow to come to the surface and in turn bless all those you meet? n
What is happening all around our earth is a reflection of what is going on in each one of us. We all contribute to the climate of change. As we progress in our own little lives, we can create a more loving and harmonious planet. If each one believes that we can have peace, trusting that every experience is sent to us on the loving wings of Spirit, we together can create peace on earth. As each person changes to a better way, those around will follow the example. It is time for us to see Spirit working in every experience of our daily lives. n
Know that you are loved. That every action on this planet is given in love. Know that there are invisible angelic forces all around you whispering encouraging thoughts to you. n
One day there will be peace on earth. There will be smiles on each one of our faces, and lives will be blessed. All will know that God Goddess is within all men and women and that together we all make up the One Great Spirit. n n©2007Merry C. Battles
