Sometimes they can also cause you to bleed a bit if the vessels burst because of stress and swelling. You should also be aware that mild cases usually disappear on their own after a few days, but they can recur at another time. Although medications can help, you should speak to your doctor about your condition and perhaps the possibility of making some changes to your diet and lifestyle to reduce the chance of recurrence.
