Fat. Your body can store it or burn it. Fit fitness in and your body will burn fat; lead a sedentary lifestyle and you trigger your body to store it.
That fat fact should be enough incentive to get you to a gym (24/7 Total Fitness) and fit fitness in; If it isn’t then paste these two fun facts near your computer screen: being overweight leads to disease and premature death. And more time you spend at your computer, storing data, the more time your body has to store fat. So ask your self are you ready to take one hour and fit fitness in and become healthier?

But, how, you ask, do I fit fitness in? Well, not with standing the fact that we work too much, sleep too little, eat too fast and have forgotten how to slow down; life today still coddles us, more than it challenges us.
Everywhere we go is heated and air conditioned; we stare a screens all day for email or entertainment. And we eat what we want, whenever we want. We’re consumed by a lifestyle that comforts us but, physically, doesn’t challenge us; a lifestyle that doesn’t leave much room for fitness to fit in. We are passing this on to our children with their video games and no active lifestyle. And we wonder why today’s children are becoming over weight.

The difference between us and our ancestors is they did not have to find time to fit fitness in; what they did with their time kept them fit. They hammered posts into the ground. We hammer at a key board. They cut wood. We cut in front of another car to get to work on time. They walked. We drive. Their children played many hours outside. Our children play many hours of video games. Our bodies carry fat today, because they have been tricked by inactivity-and pathetically poor dietary habits-to believe that it’s always winter.

Where does our body store toxins? In our fat cells. Remove fat cells and remove toxins.
You want to be fit, not over weight, right? So, how do you fit fitness in?

Step one: Decide to! Make a mental choice to question the consuming lifestyle described above. Exercise your body and your mind will become refreshed and more alert.. Your health is an asset. Invest in it. Let you family, business, community, church, enjoy the dividends you provide by deciding to be a healthy & active person.

Step two: Make sure that what you do with your time helps keep you fit. Stop at our center on your way to work, or on your way home. Be conscious of how often you sit; in the car, at a computer or T.V., or at meals and meetings. Get your whole family involved in a fitness program, go for family walks or bike rides. Burn fat, don’t store it. You get the idea. Just move! We have programs for the whole family to become healthier.

Step three: Be well, and then tell. Do you want the next generation-your children-to be fit or fat? To be undeterred, spread the word that being healthy is the way to go, but first set an example and become healthier yourself. My Father use to tell me that all the money in the world means nothing unless you have the health to enjoy it. I see why he would chase me outside to play rather that watch T.V.

Fat-who wants that? Release obese! Share the returns you will receive from fitting fitness in with others. Take a stand. Help trim this fat land! We are social animals. Isolation doesn’t mean longevity. A lot of people just aren’t fit. But the lifestyle our consumer-driven society promotes isn’t either. So get together with some friends and begin a work out program to have a healthier lifestyle it will pay off in the long run. Are you committed to becoming healthier? If so then 24/7 Total Fitness is the facility for you.
So, don’t sit, adopt these 3 steps and become fit.
1. Decide to be fit.
2. Make sure that what you do with your time helps keep you fit.
3 Be well and then tell.

Movement is one of the most honest forms of self-connection. The body never lies. It holds stress, records emotion, and reveals when something feels off.
