Exercising is not just a work out; it can be fun if you change your perception on it.

Be sure to stretch before and after your exercising, regardless of what type of exercise you do. This will not only help with sore muscles, but help you increase flexibility and reduce the chances of injury. Flexibility is vital in exercise and in life. Keeping suppleness within muscles promotes healthy muscle structure and keeps joints and bones protected. It can also keep you from getting cramps, tightness and injury while exercising.
