It's a very beautiful moment when a mother gives birth.
Unfortunately, post partum depression is a phase most women go through after giving birth.Post partum depression is not a wonderful experience itself, then you have to face the fact that you no longer have that pre-baby body prior to pregnancy isn't pleasant. A great way to turn both of these two these around is exercise especially exercise after pregnancy.
You will first start to exercise where your body will release endorphins which by you will be in a much better mood, helping you gain that body you had before pregnancy.
Pull up your socks and get started as there's always an answer and it will help you in many ways. Work hard and get that body you had.
After child birth, do I need to wait before I can start exercising?
According to physicians, it is highly recommended that you do not participate in any sort of sports, exercise after pregnancy or straining activities until six to eight weeks after giving birth to your child. This is because any strain to ligaments, incisions, stitches, or staples could be damaged and cause you an extreme amount of pain and discomfort. There's no benefit to inconveniencing yourself, so just take your time waiting 6 to 8 weeks before turning your ipod on and start smashing the gym.
Try working on smaller dumbbells with a low weight like 2 or 5 pounds to get slowly get into it. You can also jump onto the treadmill and start a slow paced stroll once you've properly rested your body after a few weeks. Bear in mind these activities should stay nice and simple. Do not “up” a routine just because you feel like you’re healed or feeling better. If any of the above occur, avoid the activities altogether and do not continue. The result can be extremely hazardous to your wellbeing. Contact your physician immediately and outline the situation so your physician can advise you appropriately.
What can I do after the six to eight week period?
You can get started on normal physical activities unless your physician has advised you otherwise. You can get started at the gym and begin on your exercises. After the six to eight week waiting period your goal of regaining your pre baby body will be ready to rock in full force. This means that you will be well on your way to regaining your pre baby body in no time as long as you keep a regular work out routine and maintain a healthy diet. Try to eliminate pop and soda from your diet and stick strictly with water, you will be amazed at how much this will help your pre baby body mission exercise after pregnancy.
If after the 6 tp 8 week rest period is over and you still feel discomfort, make sure you see your physician immediately. This could be signs of some sort of issue or problem that could need medical attention. For instance, you may not have completely healed.
Beyond that, exercise after pregnancy is ideal to keep you up and about to living happier and getting that body that you deserve.
