ID Integration is a systems integrator and has over 14 years of experience integrating direct part marking systems in manufacturing facilities. Our expertise is integrating marking, reading and verification systems to permanently mark legacy and new parts with machine readable barcodes. Gary Moe – Gary Moe is Executive Vice President of ID Integration and is an authority on direct part marking, reading and verification of 2D bar codes on parts and tools. He has over 25 years of experience in implementing engineered systems in aerospace, military, automotive and microelectronics industries. Customers of ID Integration include Boeing Commercial and Integrated Defense Systems, US Army, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Sikorsky Helicopter, Raytheon, Rockwell Collins, Honeywell Engines and Systems, GE Aircraft Engines, Goodrich Aerospace, Crane Aerospace, Smiths Aerospace, Meggitt Safety Systems, Ametek Aerospace, GKN Aerospace and the US Navy.
ID Integration was involved in the development of the DoD UID policy and is part of the UID technical working groups for policy and implementation issues. All the systems we propose will meet the UID marking requirements. We have integrated software solutions that will integrate the marking, reading and verification equipment to your ERP/MES automated information systems (AIS) through your network or through web based applications. We have software interfaces to the DoD wide area work flow and DD250 systems and can help you in registering your parts to the UID registry or passing the UID part data to your customers.
ID Integration also offers UID compliant nameplates and labels in quantities of 1-10,000 through our affiliate company, Jet City Laser. Each label or nameplate is shipped with a Certificate of Conformance and quality report that documents that each label/nameplate meets the UID quality and data requirements.
We also sell and integrate a full range of imagers/scanners and verification systems. We offer products from manufacturers including Siemens (RVSI), Cognex, Microscan, Webscan, Symbol, HHP, InData Systems and Intermec. ID Integration also sells and integrates a complete line of direct part marking equipment including, laser, dot peen, ink jet, ink stencil and chem etch marking systems.
