I am a meditator. When I am meditating, I feel no fear, no ambition, no cowardice. I read no books, I have no opinions. I am peaceful.

I am a meditator. When I am meditating, I have no questions, no answers, no problems. I feel no anxiety.

I am a meditator. When I am meditating, I feel no need to help, or to hurt, or to further a cause. I am neutral. I am not a threat. I am smiling.

I am a meditator. When I am meditating, I dont look into the future or worry about the past. I am here, now. I dont hate, I dont love; I dont think with my brain, I feel with my heart then my heart releases the feelings as soon as they come up.

I am a meditator. When I am meditating, I dont think, and life is uncomplicated, I feel no obligation to save the world, no obligation to convince others to my way of thinking. I am serene.

I am a meditator. When I am meditating, I need not speak a word, or proselytize my beliefs, I just sit quietly, and the entire world benefits from my meditation.

I am a meditator. When I am meditating, I feel light, everything becomes completely different for me, the worries of the world that never end are far away. I am happy.

I am a meditator. When I am meditating, I begin to understand myself. I cannot find myself in books, only in this serene reflection. I cannot lie to myself. I dont judge others.

I am a meditator. When I am meditating, I see that in daily life wars are caused by desire the desire to save face, the desire to spread our particular beliefs and ideals, the desire to dominate, and the desire for power and wealth.

I am a meditator. When I am meditating, I seek no power, or to save face, or to spread my beliefs, or to dominate, or to accumulate treasure.

I am a meditator. When I am meditating, I am happy within my practice, I have no ambition to change your ideals, or to judge your beliefs.

I am a meditator. When I am meditating, the meditation alone is enough for me. I have no further ambitions.

I am a meditator. When I am meditating, I see in my daily life a natural discipline growing, it is called unconditional love.

I am a meditator. When I am meditating, I allow the thoughts to go by.

I am a meditator. When I am meditating, and when the everyday thoughts go by, the subconscious thoughts appear. This is being aware of something very special, and which few have experienced in depth.
