Quite often, their secret is not overdoing it with tons of vitamins, exercise or even extreme plastic surgery. The smart ones know about the secret of the Law of Attraction.
The Law of Attraction can help you to look great and to feel great too. Quite simply, the Law of Attraction means that we attract whatever we believe. So following this thinking, it is very important that we pay attention to what we are thinking. If you are thinking “I am a tired old goat” then it is little wonder that you not only look your age, but most likely look and feel much older than your age. However if you think, “I am filled with great vibrance and never-ending energy” then you are using the Law of Attraction to your benefit to attract a life filled with great health and vibrance.
Sometimes it is hard to change your thinking. After all, we have been thinking this way for some time. Our thinking is often created by our parents and other family members. Think for a moment about what these people in your life thought about health and staying healthy. What messages do you think you picked up? Now sometimes we know that what they said was not true, but our internal systems listened and accepted these messages as “true” anyway. So we are acting on these untrue facts whether we accept them or not. It is time to be conscious of our thoughts. nnn
To change your thinking using a positive visualization about vibrance and health can be very helpful. See yourself doing physical activity that you would like to do. See yourself running that marathon or engaging in other activities that you would like to do. See yourself physically in the shape that you would like to be. Hear yourself receive compliments from others about how great you look, how physically fit you are. Feel how full of energy you are and just how many things you can do now that you have all of this wonderful energy.
Another way to improve your thinking is by using affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements that are powerful but very gentle. Saying your affirmations several times a day can easily help to change the way you think. There are many created affirmations out there, but creating your own personal affirmation that has meaning to you will have much more affect. So if your goal is to run your first marathon. Say the affirmation “I am a marathon runner.” This affirmation will have more resonance for you than another type of vibrance or health affirmation.
Using the Law of Attraction is an excellent way to improve your health. Be aware of the suggestions the Universe brings to your door. You may then be attracted to eat or not eat certain foods. You may start to exercise even more or for the very first time. The Law of Attraction will work for you for your health concerns. n
