An all natural cultured drink made from Kefir grains and it has been around for many years. By drinking kefir on a daily basis, you get the best combination of probiotics, vitamins and minerals. nnKefir is a lot like yogurt in that it has a lot of good bacteria, that when consumed and enters your system, it starts to literally clean your insides making you feel a whole lot better. But I really recommend kefir and not yogurt simply because of the benefits your body will get from the large range of different strains of good bacteria. This will certainly make you feel a whole lot better. nnAnd since kefir grains already give you so much benefits, you also get the full benefits of other food that you mix in like vegetables and fruits. This gets absorbed fast by the body and surely gives you that boost of energy you need. nnKefir is also known as a miracle food because it is used to prevent and cure many kinds of diseases. Some health problems like ulcers, skin allergies, diabetes and high blood pressure have been proven to be regulated, if not completely cured, by kefir. nBut this doesn’t really answer the real issue of the cheapest way to a healthy lifestyle. nnThere are many ways of making kefir, but I will tackle a basic way to making it. First of all, you have to get kefir grains from a reliable source. Grab some kefir grains and mix it in a jar with milk. Have it covered not too tightly and leave it for about a day. Check it again after waiting and you will see that the milk is a bit thicker now. Strain the kefir grains and you can now enjoy your freshly made kefir. nnSo how is this the cheapest way to a healthy lifestyle? Simple, you just use the kefir grains you strained out to make kefir again and again and again. Now isn’t that just mind-blowing? Kefir grains will save you more money and give you more benefits than anything you could ever buy. nnSo try it out and see for yourself, you'll never want to stop drinking Kefir.
