The Law of Attraction isn’t a tool, or a process; it’s simply an observation of how things seem to group themselves together in this Universe. If you understand the principles of The Law of Attraction, but can’t seem to get what you want, you probably just need a process – and maybe a tool or two. So, here you go; I’m going to give you the process I use – and one of the most popular change-techniques, or tools, available today.
Here’s the basic five-step framework for creating and manifesting changes in your life – no matter how big or small. This is a process; you’ll need to learn how to do the individual steps in the process in order to reliably produce the results you see others produce. But soon, this way of processing your desires and thoughts will become second nature; and the transition from thought-to-thing will become much quicker. Here’s the process I use:
1. Recognize and identify where you are and where you desire to be. I write down exactly what I want and what I think I currently have. If you don’t know what you want, you probably know what you don’t want; just reverse your “don’t wants.” For example, “I don’t want to be in debt,” becomes, “I am grateful for my financial freedom and prosperity!” It sounds like a lie at first; but the Wright brothers didn’t invent an airplane thinking and talking about how they “didn’t want to crash.”
2. Eliminate the reasons you think you are “stuck” where you currently are – with what you currently have. Change-tools, such as the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), are remarkably fast ways to release negative thoughts and limiting beliefs. Learn EFT and use it to remove obstacles to your happiness, progress, and success.
3. Select a Positive Direction and a Definite Destination – keeping in mind that the journey is the important part. If you’re going in a positive direction toward a definite destination, you are on a positive path; and that’s a positive place to be. Synchronize your conscious thoughts with your unconscious thoughts and desires. Be decisive.
4. Establish new, positive thought-patte
s designed to take you to your goal or destination. Remember the “Little Engine that could,” and Henry Ford’s warning that, “If you think you can, or think you can’t, you’re right either way.” Program yourself for success and happiness as if you were a computer. After all, any lack of success you’re currently experiencing is also the result of programming – probably unconscious, and definitely negative. Your thoughts set in motion an electrical and chemical chain-of-events that actually creates your emotional state (which determines a great deal of your overall experience).
5. Take action; and take steps toward your future. Take opportunities to say, “Yes!” to your dreams and those things your heart is telling you to do; those things usually lead to the fulfillment of your goals and dreams – and the answers to your prayers. To get more of what you want, practice taking these steps and going for the things you want in life. And, if at first you don’t succeed – persistence pays.
