A bit about Lemongrass…(Cymbopogon citratus)

Researchers have found that Lemongrass essential oil exhibits anti-depressant, anti-oxidant, antiseptic, astringent, bactericidal, fungicidal, nervine and sedative properties. Good for oily prone skin, adds shine to lackluster hair and beneficial for muscular aches and pains and headaches. Found to be a powerful antifungal, as well as an insect repellent. Safety: A skin irritant when used neat on the skin. Use in low dilutions only.

Citrus Surprisen5 drops Lemongrass
5 drops Peppermintn4 drops Grapefruitn2 drops Lime

Make your own refreshing room spray:

Fresh Horizo

6 drops Bergamotn4 drop Eucalyptus
4 drops Lemongrassn2 oz. distilled water

Add oils to the distilled water and pour into a spray mist bottle. Shake well and spray fragrance in the air.
