For several months, I had felt a pain (a kind of sharp penetrating pain that would get worse when I would bend forward) on my right side under the ribs, where the liver is located. I kind of guessed that some stones had again accumulated in my liver and my gallbladder since I had done this first cleanse/flush 3 or 4 years ago. At that time, I had eliminated between 1500 and 2000 soft stones (greenish ones) and lots of tawny colored smaller stones (cholesterol fibers). After that first flush, I had felt full of energy and the pain had disappeared. I had also done a second flush to check if everything had really been flushed out: only a few little stones came out.

For these last few months, this pain had come back and I knew I had to do another liver flush. So, last sunday evening, I thought to myself that the moment had come. This time I didn’t eliminate lots of greenish stones but 2 big hard brown stones (more dangerous because these are the ones that hurt most because they have difficulties passing through the bile duct or simply get stuck there).

Since I still felt a slight pain, I gathered that some stones have not been flushed. I decided to do another flush soon. I have to say though that I didn’t sleep a lot on the flush night and that this might have had an impact on the results.

I give you this recipe so that you can avoid an often premature and useless removal of the gallbladder. I also give it to you so you have a safe way of cleansing your liver and your gallbladder using natural foods (olive oil and grapefruit juice) and some espsom salt (magnesium sulfate), which is not harmful

Note that this cleansing/flushing gives a lot of energy. Can you imagine that the morning after an almost white night, I shovelled snow on my patio and in my stairs for an hour!!

Also, lots of people who read my French blog have tried it and mentioned how happy they were about it. I even have a testimony of a woman who was scheduled for surgery a week later and by luck came to a workshop (she was kind of green and in pain) and finally did the liver flush and could avoid the surgery. (See below)

Ingredientsn4 table spoons of epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) (easy to find in pharmacy)
1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil (extra virgin, cold pressed, organic if possible)
2/3 cup (170 ml) or more pink grapefruit juice (2 or 3, depending on their size)
Glass jar whose lid you can close tightly (used as a shaker)
Glass or plastic jar with lid (to keep the epsom salt solution in fridge).

Liver flush protocol
14 h 00 (2 pm): Do not drink nor eat after 2 pm. If you do, you could really feel very bad later. Mix the epsom salt with 3 cups (3/4 Liter) of water in a glass jar. Close tightly and shake. Put in the refrigerator (when it is cold, this solution is less bitter and goes down much better!!).

18 h 00 (6 pm): Drink 1/4 of the epsom salt solution. Then drink one mouthful of water to get rid of the bitterness. Take the grapefruits out of the fridge so that they warm up and are at room temperature.

20 h 00 (8 pm): Drink another 1/4 of the epsom salt solution. Even if you haven’t eaten since 2 pm, you will not be hungry. It is also possible that you have bowel movements.

21 h 45 (9: 45 pm): Prepare yourself before going to bed (tooth brushing, urinating, etc.). Do not spend more than 15 minutes for that. If you wait too long, you would flush less stones. You should have nothing to do once you have drunk the olive oil-grapefruit juice mix. You should have passed several bowel movements already (urgent ones!!). So put the olive oil in the jar. Manually squeeze the grapefruits. Take the pulp away to keep only the juice. Add it to the olive oil in the jar. Close the jar tightly.

22 h 00 (10 pm): Sit on the edge of your bed. Shake the jar with the mixture (like a shaker) until the olive/oil-grapefruit juice mixture becomes watery (this only happens when using fresh grapefruits). Open the jar and drink the mixture in one shot or almost (maximum 5 minutes for adults and 15 minutes for weak or older people). You could take some ornithin (4 to 8 capsules) or any other product that helps to relax and sleep (valerian and passiflora) to make sure you will sleep.

Lie down immediately after you have drunk the mixture. If you don’t, it is possible that you pass no stones. The earlier you lie down, the more stones you will be assured to eliminate. Lie on your back with your head on a pillow. Try to feel what is happening in your liver. Stay motionless for at least 20 minutes. Maybe you will feel a row of stones go through your bile duct, as if they were marbles, a kind of shimmering. It will not be painful because the bile duct will be open (Thank you espsom salt!). Make sure you sleep because if you don’t, you may not pass stones.

Following morning: Upon waking up, drink another 1/4 of the epsom salt solution. If you feel nauseated or with a sensation of indigestion, wait for this feeling to disappear before drinking. You can go back to sleep if you want. Do not drink this solution before 6 am.

2 hours later: drink the remaining of the solution (last 1/4). Again, you can go back to sleep if you feel like it.

2 hours later again: You can start eating. Begin with a fresh fruit juice (why not go on with grapefruit!). Then, one hour later, eat a fruit. Again one hour later, eat normaly but light. By the evening, everything should be back to normal.

Expect diarrhea in the morning. Use a torch to look at the stones in the toilet. Look for green beads because they give you the indication that there are stones and not food remains. Only bile is green. Those stones stay afloat because they contain cholesterol. Try to count them approximately. You will have to pass a total of 2000 stones to be sure that your liver is really cleansed out, and that your bursitis and back aches are gone. The first flush will help you to get rid of the front line stones, so to say. Meanwhile, the stones being located higher in the liver will move down towards the gallbladder. And the symptoms will again reappear (sharp pain on the right side). You will have to repeat the flush 2 weeks later. It not recommended to do this cleansing if you are very sick.

It happens sometimes that the bile duct is full of tiny cholesterol fibers which have not regrouped to form stones. They float on the surface of the water and look like bran, with a tawny colour. You could see thousands of them. It is as important to get rid of those than it is to get rid of the green stones.

This liver-gallbladder flush is very safe. Nevertheless, it could make you feel weak for one or two days. But after that, you will feel full of energy. In my case, the first time I did it, I went walking for 3 hours in the Laurentian forest on the same day (I had to stop behind some boulders here and there though!). That first time, I passed 1500-2000 soft green stones, as I said before. I couldn’t believe my eyes!

Write me if you need more details. n

Note: These stones come from the liver not from the gallbladder. When they calcify (harden), they get stuck in the gallbladder (if they are too big to get out) and cause great pain. This is why this flushing is so precious: it allows to avoid surgery and removal of your gallbladder.

What follows is the testimony of one participant of one of my Weight Loss Chi Kung who did this liver and gallbladder flush.

My liver flush, by Louise R.

For the last few months I felt tired and had difficulties digesting. Following an ultrasound, I was told that my gallbladder was full of stones and that it had to be surgically removed.

It is with this worry in the back of my head that I arrived at the Weight Loss Chi Kung workshop offered by Annie Ollivier.

After having introduced myself and talked about the problem I was facing, I had the wonderful surprise to hear that I could flush these stones out without surgery. I was at the same time apprehensive and curious. In fact, I feared that some stones might get stuck in the bile duct and trigger such a crisis that I would wound up at the emergency cramped with pain.

But Annie had done this flushing two weeks earlier and, as I could see, she was in great shape and not suffering. Moreover, what I had read on internet sites about this flushing was reassuring and confirming me that it was the thing to do.

So I went over my fear and started the flush a few days later. As a measure of caution, I asked a retired nurse friend of mine to spend the night at my place. She had offered it kindly to me, and I couldn’t turn her offer down because it was reassuring for me.

I followed the protocol as indicated.

As soon as I lied down in my bed around 10 pm, I felt the stones pass in my bile duct, without pain! But I still was sceptic and telling myself : «It worked for others, but I am not sure it will work for me.»

But, BINGO, the following morning, after a painless night, I eliminated an impressing quantity of green and towny beads and filaments. As it was said in the protocol Annie had given me. As far as my friend was concerned, she had a good night sleep and didn’t have to be disturbed in her dreams!

I flushed thousands of stones. The ones I show on the pictures here I put in a glass jar in water to bring to my physician to prove him that the stones had really been eliminated and that the surgery was no more necessary.

I am still totally stunned and excited by this miracle! Proud of myself for going over my fears!

I wish others could avoid surgery stress and find their energy and an unexpected well-being in such a soft manner.

Big thanks to Annie Ollivier who heard my need, my fears and who supported me in this.

My daily life is more energetic and easier. At last, I can undertake projects without fearing that I have to drop them.
